Inspirational Stories: Wesley Wee
Posted on February 11, 2019 by All In
Although Wesley had to use a wheelchair his entire life, he did not let cerebral palsy stop him from chasing his dreams. Wesley’s parents thought his disabilities were a burden, and he had to endure years of abuse and neglect as a child. Eventually, his grandmother took him into her care when he was 9. Wesley found difficulties looking for a job due to his physical disabilities. In 2010, he obtained a street hawking license and now sells tissues on the streets. After over 6 years of typing with his toes, Wesley published a book in 2017 about conquering cerebral palsy. Wesley is happily married to his wife, Lorena.
